Corona serie: First semester 2020

My work in corona time is very diverse. I could not have imagined when corona first began to have an impact that the situation would last so long. During the first  lock-down my work was full of irony and cheerfulness. This cheerfulness emerged from the virus itself, which had found a suitable place to grow. The circles simulated the virus itself, cheerfully reproducing. I have never created work as  intensively as this. There were many hours to be filled, therefore this was the reason I could made so many  ‘circles’. There could never be enough, there was nothing else to do than walk in the woods or sit at home.
